  1. Make ready 1 cup of Butter (Use Margarine or Coconut Oil for dairy-free option).
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar (packed) (Use Splenda or Stevia to reduce sugar).
  3. It’s 1 tsp. of Vanilla.
  4. Take 3 cups of Quick Oats.
  5. Make ready 1 cup of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (Use Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips to reduce sugar).
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter.

  1. Melt butter in pan over low heat.
  2. Stir in Brown Sugar and Vanilla.
  3. Mix in Oats and allow to cook 2-3 minutes.
  4. Press half the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch pan.
  5. Melt Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter. Stir well..
  6. Pour chocolate mixture over the pressed oats and spread evenly..
  7. Crumble the remaining oats over the chocolate layer..
  8. Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 2-3 hours to set..
