Ingredients of Cucumber Lime Salad

  1. It’s 1/2 of Cucumber, thinly sliced.
  2. Take 1/4 of Red Onion, diced small.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of Cilantro, finely chopped.
  4. Take 1 of Garlic Clove, smashed & minced.
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup of Black Beans, cooked.
  6. Make ready pinch of Salt & Pepper.
