- Combine flour, salt and yeast in big bowl..
- Mix pumpkin puree, sugar and 100ml of the water..
- Add pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture..
- Work dough until is soft..
- Knead until smooth on a floured surface..
- Put back in a bowl and cover with clean tea towel and leave to raise in a warm place..
- Preheat oven. 220C or fan 200C.
- Knock dough back and knead a little. Divide in three and roll to three long sausages so that you can plait them..
- Place on baking tray and glaze with beaten egg. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
