- Take 1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour.

Bake for 5 minutes at 425°F, then lower the temperature to 350°F (while keeping the muffin tins in the oven) and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of them comes out clean.
