  1. You need 6 cups of Chicken/ Beef Broth.
  2. You need 1 cup of shiitake (black dry mushrooms).
  3. It’s 8-10 of Chicken balls.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of rice noodles.
  5. You need 3 tbsp of light soya sauce.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of salt.
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp of chicken powder.
  8. Take of Fresh dhania for garnishing.
  9. Take of Garlic oil for garnishing.

  1. Boil chicken with bones and make broth..
  2. Remove Chicken from broth and Utilise later..
  3. Taken 250 gms Chicken qeema add dhania, salt and sesame oil in it and chop it..
  4. Make balls like koftaas. Add in broth and let it cook..
  5. Soak dried mushrooms in water, later slice them and add in broth..
  6. Add light soya sauce, salt and chicken powder..
  7. To make garlic oil, chopped fresh garlic cloves and add 1 cup oil in it..
  8. Fry garlic golden in oil and garnish on soup before serving..
  9. Take rice noodles, let it boil for just 3 minutes in boiling water. Add while serving..
  10. Serve soup hot with garlic bread..
