- Wash the rice , cover it with water for about 30 minutes.
- In a suitable ban put the butter & the minced onion, stirr till get yellow.

- Add tomato juice, lemon juice , stir well for only one minute.
- Add the meat soup , wait for getting hot then add the rice ( without the water), stirr and cover the ban, put it in a midium temperature degree.
- When it cooked , put it in a suitable presentation plate& decorate with tomato and green bell pepper.
