Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350°.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Blend in oil, sugar and eggs.
  4. Beat until well blended.
  5. Mix in carrots, pineapple with juice, nuts and vanilla.
  6. Pour into 2 greased 9" cake pans or a well greased bundt pan.
  7. Bake 30-45 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before removing from pan.

  10. Beat butter and cream cheese until very well blended.
  11. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly.
