- Prepare all ingredients.
- Chane ki daal ko ek ghanta phele bhigo ke rakh dein piyaz ko bareek kat lein tamatar ka chilka utar ke tamatar bhi kat lein lasan ko koot lein.
- Sindhi palak ke chote chote leaf hot hain aur ek bare leaf wali palak hoti hy wo sindhi nahi hoti so agar sindhi palak na ho toh bare leaf wali palak ko kaat ke boil kar ke banana hy aur agar sindhi palak hy toh kat kar ke dho lein.
- Ek handi main oil garam kar lein phir us main kata hua piyaz add karen jab piyaz lite brown ho toh us main lasan dal dein.
- Jab piyaz thora aur brown ho toh us main chane ki daal dal ke 5 mins bhonte rahein 5 mins ke baad sindhi palak dal dein.
- 2 mins baad kate huay tamatar laal mirch powder haldi powder kuta daniya garam masala longi mirch aur imli ka pani dal ke 2 mins bhon ke dakan de ke rakh dein 5 mins ke liye.
- 5 mins baad kate huay allu dal ke phir dakan de ke 15 mins ke liye rakh dein medium flame pe aur waqfe waqfe say check bhi karte rahein.
- After 15 mins agar halka pani salan main lage toh 5 mins bhone ke 5 mins ke liye dam pe rakh dein low flame pe.
- Lein ji ab tayar ho gai sindhi palak bohat hi mazedar.
- Zeera rice ke sath sindhi palak aur bhi maze ki lagti hy.
