Fried Samosa step by step
- In a large bowl, seive flour and add oil, salt and white seasoning (optinal).
- Slowly add water to make a dough.
- Cover the dough and let rest for about 15 minutes.
- While the dough is covered, make the filling by putting the pan on heat put oil, onions and scotch bonnet.
- Add meat, seasoning, salt and any spice of your choice..
- Fry until well done.
- Bring out the dough, divide it into smaller pieces.
- On a floured surface, flat one piece in to circular shape.
- Add oil on top of it, do the same procedure until you finish the balls.
- Use rolling pin and rolling on the top of it this Will make them larger than before.
- Put frypan on low heat, put your sheets on it, turn the other side of the shts, remove one after the other.
- Cut one sheet into four pcs.
- Fold the two curved sides like this.
- Fill in the pucket and close..
- Make triangular shape like this.
- Repeat till the end.
- Put oil on heat and fry your samosa.
