Corn vada instructions
- Firstly crush corn in mixture make a paste Add 2 tbsp boiled corn in paste.
- Take out in a bowl and add green chilli, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam Masala, red chilli paste, jeera and mix well.
- Add besan and make a thick batter for vada Also add soda lastly and mix.
- Make a small or medium size of vada and fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
