Ingredients of Microwave Redvelvet cake
- Prepare 11/2 cup of self raising flour.
- It’s 1/2 cup of sugar.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder.
- It’s 1/8 teaspoon of red food color.
- Prepare 1/8 cup of oil.
- It’s 1 of Egg.
- You need of Whipped cream.
- You need of Sugar syrup.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of milk.
Microwave Redvelvet cake instructions
- Mix all the ingredients (Except whipped cream and sugar syrup).
- Oil your microwave safe container and put 1/2 of the batter.
- Put the batter in the microwave and set for 2 minutes.
- Repeat the procedure for the other half of the batter.
- You will get two mini cakes.
- Wet each with the sugar syrup (boil sugar, vanilla n water to your taste).
- Put the whipped cream on one of the mini cake and place the other on top and apply too.
- Let the cake sit overnight and serve.
