Ingredients of Microwave Redvelvet cake

  1. Prepare 11/2 cup of self raising flour.
  2. It’s 1/2 cup of sugar.
  3. You need 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder.
  4. It’s 1/8 teaspoon of red food color.
  5. Prepare 1/8 cup of oil.
  6. It’s 1 of Egg.
  7. You need of Whipped cream.
  8. You need of Sugar syrup.
  9. Make ready 1/2 cup of milk.

Microwave Redvelvet cake instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients (Except whipped cream and sugar syrup).
  2. Oil your microwave safe container and put 1/2 of the batter.
  3. Put the batter in the microwave and set for 2 minutes.
  4. Repeat the procedure for the other half of the batter.
  5. You will get two mini cakes.
  6. Wet each with the sugar syrup (boil sugar, vanilla n water to your taste).
  7. Put the whipped cream on one of the mini cake and place the other on top and apply too.
  8. Let the cake sit overnight and serve.
