- Take urad, daniya, jeera, chilly. turmeric powder. Put 2 spoon oil fry in small flame till the gd smell comes out. now add curry leaves.

- Add grounded coconut, tamarind and salt.
- Add fried items.
- Grain nicely by adding 1 and half cup water. Pour into a vessel and put seasoning. Now ready to serve.
