  2. Prepare 1 cup of powder sugar.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of chestnut flour.

  1. First of all beat Cream and powder sugar together..
  2. Mixed chestnut flour and rajgira flour in other vessel.Add baking soda,milk powder in the flour..
  3. Now add the curd in the mixture of cream and powder sugar in two to three times.also add milk and elaichi powder..
  4. Mix it well and beat for 8-10 minutes.Now put butter paper in the greased cake tin.and pour the better in it..
  5. Now put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degree till it golden brown colour.Now let it cool down..
  6. Frosting……Add milk powder,powder sugar,milk and cream in non stick pan.and mix them.There should not to be any lumps in it…
  7. Now heat it on medium flame.now add elaichi powder, saffron also..When it gets thick then put off the flame and take it off the gas stove..
  8. And continuesly stir it…When it that's cool then sieve with us siever..Now the velvet soft rabdi is ready..Now put it in the refrigerator for cooling..
  9. Now take the cake and slice it in center between like sandwich.pour sweet milk over it. Apply some amount of rabdi over it and 8-9 rasgulla on it in small pieces..
  10. And again apply rabdi on it..And put another slice of cake on it.apply rabdi all over the cake.and give finishing with the cake palate..
  11. Now Apply pista cutting on the lower boundary and upper boundary…Now take a piping bag with 3d star nozzle and fill it with thick rabdi.
  12. Now make the flowers on the boundary of the cake.And put rasgulla on each flowers, apply silver foil (vark) on rasgulla.s.
  13. Garnish the cake with rose petels. Pista cutting in center and kesar straind. The rasmalai cake is ready.
