Ingredients of Mango Ricotta Parfait

  1. It’s 1 cup of Fresh Ricotta.
  2. Prepare 2 of mangoes, Peeled and cut into cubes.
  3. Take 4 tbsp of chocolate cake crumbled(optional).
  4. Prepare 7-8 of Marie biscuits, crushed.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of melted Butter.
  6. You need 4 tbsp of Condensed Milk.
  7. Make ready 1 of Lemon.
  8. Make ready Aa needed of Mint leaves for garnish.

Mango Ricotta Parfait instructions

  1. First of all to make the base Crush the biscuits using a rolling pin. Melt the butter and mix it well with the crushed biscuits.

Set it in the serving glasses.

  1. Zest the lemon over the cut mangoes and put some lemon juice in the mango and mix gently.
  2. Now add condensed milk in the ricotta and mix with a spoon to get a smooth mixture.
  3. Now for assembling in the serving glass

Put the crushed biscuit as a layer at the bottom.

Over that layer 2 spoons of prepared ricotta cream and then a layer of the lemony mango..

  1. Now add a layer of crumbled chocolate cake, ricotta cream and top layer with the mango..
  2. Garnish with mint leaves and chill in the refrigerator. Enjoy it chilled.
