  1. Take 1 of Bananas - ripened.
  2. Make ready 1 cup of Oatmeal.
  3. It’s 5 tbsp of Butter - softened.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Cinnamon.
  5. Take 5 tbsp of Sugar.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Brown sugar.
  7. You need 1 of Egg.
  8. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla.
  9. Take 1 tsp of Baking soda.
  10. You need 1 cup of Flour.
  11. You need 1/4 cup of Raisons, cranberries, blueberries, etc. OPTIONAL.
  12. It’s 1/4 cup of Walnuts, pecans, etc. OPTIONAL.

  7. Using a tablespoon, drop cookies onto a non stick cookie sheet, or lightly greased one. (The tablespoon will drop them into little balls, keep them that shape, the heat of the oven will form them into cookies.).
