Crab sukka masala Recipe. Crab Sukka is a delicacy from Mangalore, a coastal city in Karnataka. Fresh crabs are cooked with the freshly dry roasted spices like coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, dry Kashmiri red chillies.

Ingredients of Crab sukka masala
- Prepare of medium sized crabs cleaned and cut in half.
- Take of grated fresh coconut.
- It’s of red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Take of Oil for cooking.
- Take of coriander chopped.
- Take of medium sized chopped onion.
- Prepare of medium sized chopped tomato.
- It’s of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare of lime juice.
- It’s of garam masala.
- Prepare of turmeric powder.
- Take of daniya powder.
- Prepare of sugar.
- You need of curry leaves.
- You need of jeera powder.

- Take a wide bottom pan, add oil, jeera, curry leaves..
- Now add onion tomato and cook till soft. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 mins..
- Add turmeric, salt, sugar, red chilli powder,garam masala,dhaniya powder and mix well..
- Add the crabs and 1cup water and cook for 10 mins on low flame till water evaporates..
- Once the crab changes colour, Now add fresh coconut and little water and cook for 10 mins by covering.
- Serve hot with your favourite bread..
