- Take 2 cup of milk powder.
- It’s 1 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 cup of cashew or almond crushed.
- It’s 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of desi ghee.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of brown sugar.

- First mix milk powder in milk and whisk well for no more lumps..
- Take a pan put ghee and after melting it add milk powder mix and start thickening at low medium flame.keep stirring otherwise it will burn.
- After making it totally thick add cardamom powder, strawberry paste blended and two tbsp brown sugar.start mixing well and again need to cook to make thick mixture..
- When it becomes totally thick and sticky mixture keep aside to cool down and mix crushed nuts.after cooling down grease palms with ghee and start making modak shape.
