Ingredients of Baileys Icecream

  1. Make ready 1 cup of heavy cream or double cream or thicken cream.
  2. Make ready 50 g of condensed milk.
  3. Make ready 30 ml of Baileys.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  5. Prepare 50 g of raisin (optional).
  6. Prepare 30 g of chocolate chips (optional).
  7. It’s 1 of ziplock bag.

Process custard according to the ice cream machine manufacturerâ  s directions.The ice cream will have a soft, creamy texture.Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container, cover ice cream directly with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming and place in freezer.Baileys Ice Cream Coffee, Irish Ice Cream And Chocolate, No-churn Baileys® Mudslide Ice Cream And Affogato I love putting Baileys over ice cream and this was a nice idea to add some pretzels to give it that salty sweet combo and some crunch.

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream until soft peak..
  2. Fold in baileys, vanilla, raisin, chocolate chips & condensed milk and swiftly until well mixed. Transfer to your desired container. Put it in a ziplock bag. Keep in freezer for at least 5 hours or preferably overnight..
  3. To serve, allow the ice cream to sit for a few minutes at room temperature, wet an ice cream scoop and spoon into dishes, scoop onto cones, or eat straight from the container like I typically do..

I love adding alcohol to ice cream because the freeze point lowers and it's very creamy and easy to scoop regardless of how long the ice cream sits in the freezer.The only negative, if you can call it that, is that it melts a bit faster.So you just have to eat it quickly.

I think chocolate covered pretzels would be perfect but I didn't have any.I used coffee flavored ice cream (which was awesome) and added some whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.I crushed up a pretzel rod.I LOVE Baileys so when I got my own ice cream maker I went looking for a recipe to make Baileys ice cream!To my horror after an extensive search I could only fine one so I came up with my own.
