- Heat up the oil or butter and add the onions and chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces and colour the chicken all over.and fry on medium heat until all the chicken is coloured..
- Whisk the curry paste in a little cold water..
- Pour in the boiling water then add the chicken stock to the boiling water stir to mix. Then add the curry paste in water. Mix well..
