Chicken65 Recipe. All totally different from one another with different styles Andhra style or hyderabadi style, Madurai style, restaurant style etc. The flavour of the dish can be attributed to red chillies, but the exact set of ingredients for the recipe can vary.

Ingredients of Chicken65

  1. Prepare 300 gm of Chicken breast.
  2. You need 1 of Egg.
  3. You need 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  4. It’s 1/2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Garammasala.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Salt.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Vinegar.
  8. Prepare 4 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  9. Take 2 of Onion.
  10. Take 6-7 of Chilli.
  11. You need of Oil.
  12. Prepare leaves of Coriander.
  13. Prepare 4 tbsp of Cornflour.
  14. It’s 2 tbsp of All-purpose flour.
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp of Rice flour.
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  17. You need 2 tbsp of Tomato ketchup.
  18. Take 2 tbsp of Green chilli ketchup.

It is a result of the influence of neighboring Chinese culture on Indian cuisine.So the dish has South Indian with flavors of curry leaves and mustard in the seasoning.The dish was also introduced first time in South India in Chennai.A popular and easy-to-make snack recipe, full of spice and flavour.

Chicken65 step by step

  1. Clean and wash chicken add ginger garlic, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, vinegar,garammasala and mix well let marinate for 10 minutes. Add all the flours and mix well. add the egg and mix well..
  2. Heat oil fry all the pieces. Now in a wok add oil followed by garlic split green chilli and onion cubs. Add all the ketchups. Mix well..
  3. Now add the fried chicken into gravy. Add a bit water and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy..
