Chicken65 Dry Recipe. It is a ver popular chicken starter or. The bite sized fried pieces are crispy on the outside and soft and succulent on the inside.

Ingredients of Chicken65 Dry

  1. You need 400 gm of chicken (cut in cubes).
  2. Take 1/2 cup of Curd/Yoghurt.
  3. Take 1 tsp of roasted Cumin powder.
  4. Make ready To taste of Salt.
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of curry leaves (chopped).
  8. It’s 2-3 tbsp of rice flour.
  9. Prepare As needed of Oil to deep fry.
  10. It’s of for tempering.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  12. Take 2 of green chillies slit.
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp of garlic cloves chopped.
  14. Take 10-12 of curry leaves.

I made it quite a different ways and posted it here.I didn't give a serious thought until the little one started tasting and liking chicken.Serve this delicious Chicken recipe along with Biryani and Raita for a weekend meal.Heat the ghee in a pan and add in the mustard seeds and cumin seeds along with the dried red chillies.

Chicken65 Dry instructions

  1. In a bowl, add chicken, curd, cumin powder, salt, pepper, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and mix them together thoroughly and keep it aside for 30mins. This process is called Marination..
  2. After 30 mins, add rice flour and mix again thoroughly..
  3. Now, in a kadhaai (wok), add oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, start adding chicken pieces. Once they are fried, take them on a plate. Spread a paper towel or tissue paper on the plate before taking out the chicken..
  4. The chicken is done. Now we need to dry toss it. For that in a kadhaai(wok), add oil. Once it's hot, add garlic, curry leaves and green chillies. Fry it for a minute and then add the chicken pieces into it and toss them all well. Finally add some pepper powder and toss again..
  5. Take it out in a plate and if you like, you can squeeze some lemon on top as well. Serve it hot..

Unlike other fried chicken that becomes dry upon cooling.Prepare the chicken for the marinade.Remove your chicken from its packaging and pat it dry with a paper towel.

The chicken should not become dry.
