  1. Make ready 350 ml of creamy peanut butter.
  2. Prepare 500 ml of low fat curd cheese.
  3. Take 150 grams of chocolate chunks.
  4. Make ready 200 grams of peanuts (unsalted).
  5. Take 100 grams of brown sugar.
  6. You need 1 of vanilla extract.
  7. It’s 1 of crushed ice.

Whisk in peanut butter and vanilla extract.Churn in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions.Serve directly from the machine for soft serve, or store in freezer until needed.To make this ice cream, I used my favorite vanilla ice cream recipe, omitted the vanilla bean and added peanut butter, then swirled in more melted peanut butter as I transferred the ice cream to its container.

  2. In a blender mix all the ingredients and blend until creamy. Make sure that the chocolate chunks and peanuts are not totally blended so, that there still are some pieces left in the mass.
  3. In freezer safe boxes, place in freezer for about 3-4 hours.
