Hello everybody, welcome to my recipe site. Today I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, Homemade Granola. It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be smell and look delicious.

You can have Homemade Granola using 11 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Homemade Granola

  1. Make ready 8 c. of old fashioned oats.
  2. Prepare 1 c. of ground flax seed.
  3. Make ready 1-1 1/2 c. of raw honey (warmed).
  4. Make ready 2 c. of nuts/seeds of your choice.
  5. Take 1 c. of shredded coconut.
  6. It’s 2 T. of vanilla extract.
  7. You need 2 c. of dried fruit(s) of your choice.
  8. Make ready 2 t. of cinnamon.
  9. Make ready 1/4 c. of organic coconut oil (melted).
  10. You need 1 c. of semi sweet chocolate chips or 70% caco dark chocolate (optional).
  11. Make ready 6 drops of doterra wild orange essential oil (optional).

Homemade Granola step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F..
  2. Melt coconut oil, add honey and warm for about 10 seconds more in microwave. (Very thin)Remove from microwave, add vanilla and essential oils (if using)..
  3. Mix oats, nuts/seeds, cinnamon, and flax seed in a large bowl..
  4. Pour over oatmeal mixture slowly while mixing to incorporate well..
  5. Spread mixture onto a very large sheet pan. I line mine with parchment paper..
  6. Bake for 30 minutes..
  7. Take out of oven. The top will be toasted but you need to stir gently to mix, so that the rest will toast too..
  8. Bake for another 30 minutes..
  9. Take out of oven. Pour in a very large bowl (you will need room to stir in the remainder of ingredients)..
  10. Add your dried fruit and shredded coconut and stir thoroughly. You can add the chocolate now. It will melt some or wait you can until the mixture cools, if you prefer..
  11. Now simply put your yummy goodness into an air tight container and enjoy when ever the mood strikes. I vacuum seal mine into quart jars..
