- Boil saucepan of water.
- Place egg in boiled water for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Let egg cool so that you can peel shell.
- Whilst letting egg cool , chop cucumber, tomato and avocado into small chunks.
- Layer chopped ingredients on plate. Open can tuna and place 1/4 on top.
- Peel egg and place on top of pile, pierce side and use runny yolk as a dressing.
