Deep Pan Fried Chicken (asian) instructions
- Boil chicken in 2 cup water with ginger garlic paste.
- In deep pan pour 2 cup oil and chop 3 onion and 1 kg tomatoe.
- Stir it in oil and pour the national karahi spice 1 packet.
- Add the boiled chicken in the oil and stir it.
- And then cap the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- FOR GARNISH= sprinkle chopped green coriander, cbopped green chilli and chopped ginger and the chicken is ready.
- FOR SOUP= blend coriander and green chilli and yogurt and 1 pinch of salt.
