- You need of Salt.
- Take of Ginger juice.
- Take of Dipping. Grated ginger, sliced or pound spring onion, salt, oil.
Add a little more oil, if necessary, to obtain a mixture that is easy to brush.Place the chicken halves on the baking tray skin-side down.Brush the chicken generously with the spice mixture.When browned, return the half chicken to the sheet pan and brown the other chicken half.
