  1. Take 250 gm of Red Pumpkin.
  2. You need 1 of Medium Onion chopped.
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup of Green Capsicum chopped.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of Butter.
  5. Prepare 1 clove of Garlic chopped.
  6. You need 1 of Bay leaf.
  7. It’s 4 of Black Pepper.
  8. Make ready to taste of Salt.
  9. Take 1/2 tsp of White Pepper powder.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Fresh Cream to Garnish.

Red Pumpkin Soup step by step

  1. Peel and wash and roughly chopped red pumpkin.Wash,pat dry & chopped green capsicum.Peel and roughly chopped nnion..
  2. In Non stick pan pressure cooker add &heat butter.Add chopped garlic,saute,add chopped onion & saute till soft..
  3. Add bay leaf,black pepper corns, chopped capsicum pieces Saute for 30 secs,add chopped red pumpkin pieces.Mix well..
  4. Add one glass of water.(.300ml).Add Salt..Mix..
  5. Cover the pan pressure cooker with lid. Cook for 3 whistles.Cool for 5mins before opening..
  6. Drain the water from cooked red pumpkin., capsicum,onion pieces..
  7. Grind Cooked red pumpkin, capsicum onion pieces in mixer grinder..to smooth paste..
  8. Add this prepared red pumpkin capsicum onion paste..again In non stick pan pressure Cooker.On the flame..add the drained water stock from cooked red pumpkin capsicum Onion..
  9. Mix well.Add White Pepper powder.and Salt to taste(if necessary). Simmer for 2mins..
  10. Relish &serve hot red pumpkin soup.by garnishing with 1/2 tsp fresh cream..
