- You need Half of tomato diced.

- Take of Sour cream mixed with lemon juice the proportion is optional.

- First make the stuffing by mixing the onions and the tomatoes with the avocado paste.
- Preheat the oven to 350f.
- Split the chicken breast so you can fill it with the stuffing, then sprinkle it with the salt & pepper.
- Fill the chicken breast with the stuffing and use tooth picker to hold it tight.
- Leave the chicken in the oven in approximately 25 - 30 minutes.
- At that time mix the lemon juice and the sour cream on a hot pan for the dressing (you can add vegetables.. its optional).
- After the chicken finish place is on a plate and pour the dressing on top.
