  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of gluten free flour.
  2. Take 1/8 tsp of sea salt.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of plus 2 tablespoons water.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of butter.

Super Simple Gluten Free Flatbread (Chapti) instructions

  1. To make the flatbread mix together a 1/2 cup of gluten free flour 1/8 of a teaspoon of salt and a 1/2 cup plus 2 tbs water. Melt 1 tbs butter over medium heat.
  2. Pour in flour mixture and then quickly spread to cover the bottom of the pan..
  3. Cook until the edges are brown and then flip (about 10min per side). While cooking you may need to flip multiple times to get an even result.
  4. To make this recipe vegetarian/dairy free just replace the butter with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
