  1. Prepare 12 oz of Gluten free Penne.
  2. You need 1 lb of ground hot Italian sausage.
  3. It’s 1 of Onion, diced.
  4. Prepare 4 clove of Garlic, minced.
  5. Make ready 8 oz of Button Mushrooms, sliced.
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper.
  7. Prepare 3 tsp of Italian Seasoning.
  8. Take 14 oz of 2 cans of Italian seasoned Crushed Tomators.
  9. Make ready 3 cup of Fresh Spinach.
  10. Make ready 8 oz of Mozzarella cheese, cubed.
  11. Take 2 cup of Fresh grated Parm/Romano blend.

Cara's Gluten free Baked Penne step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Cook Penne according to package directions.
  3. Brown sausage, onion and garlic.
  4. Add mushrooms, saute 3 minutes.
  5. Add pepper, Italian seasoning and tomatoes.
  6. Simmer 8 minutes stirring occasionally.
  7. Combine sausage, pasta, spinach, mozzarella and 1/2 of parm/romano.
  8. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle remaining parm/romano on top.
  10. Bake 15 minutes.
