  2. Take of Cabbage.

Vegetable Casserole step by step

  1. In a large pot cook the beef or Chicken or fish, anyone you are using, mostly i use Chicken or shredded beef, but for this particular recipe i used dried fish..
  2. Fry the tomato paste, grinded scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger paste and onions..
  3. Add the meat to the mixture and add the meat stock..
  4. Allow it to cook till the water is almost dry and the sauce is thick then add in your spices and all the chopped vegetables..
  5. Cover the pot and allow it to and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Don't let the vegetables cook or be too soft because we want it still fresh with all the nutrients..
