  9. It’s 1.5 cups of Gluten Free Oatmeal.
  10. Take 1 cup of Rice or Oat Flour.
  11. Take 3 Tbsp of + 3 tsp Truvia.
  12. Take 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon.
  13. Make ready 1 Tbsp of Molasses.
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  15. Make ready 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°, place rack in center slot.
  2. Peel and cube apples. Add pineapple juice, Truvia, Molasses, Cinnamon, & Nutmeg. Stir to incorporate, set aside..
  3. In separate bowl, add crisp layer ingredients. Use hands to work coconut oil into oatmeal mixture till mixed and crumbly..
  4. Add apple layer to oiled/sprayed dutch oven..
  5. Crumble crisp layer over apples.
