- It’s 3 of medium sized boiled Potatoes.
- It’s 1 of small capsicum.
- Make ready 50 gms of boiled corn.
- Take 75 gms of Processed cheese.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1-2 teaspoon of Oregano.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Chilli flakes.
- You need As required of Black pepper powder.
- It’s 75 gms of Bread crumbs.
- Make ready 2 tsp of Maida.

- First mash the potatoes then add chopped capsicum, boiled corn, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper powder..
- Add bread crumbs in the potato mixture..
- Mix it well..
- Make the balls then dip in maida slurry which we made using 1 tspn water & 2 tspn maida..
- Then coat it with bread crumbs nicely..
- Keep the balls in the refrigerator for 1 hrs..
- Then deep fry in the oil at low to medium flame..remove it in tissue paper..
- Serve it with chutney, ketchup..
