  1. It’s 2 cups of rice flour.
  2. You need 250 gms of pumpkin.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of milk powder.
  4. It’s 2 tbsp of brownsugar.
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of coconut.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
  7. Take To taste of salt.
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp of cadamom powder.

  1. Peel &cut the pumpkin pieces. Boiled the pumpkin & makes a puree..
  2. Add rice flour, milk powder, coconut, green cardamom powder, salt &brown sugar,a pinch baking soda mix well to makes a cake batter..
  3. Heat a kadhai put salt,put a stand preheat 10mints. Greased a cake mould pour the pumpkin batter put the mould on preheated kadhai cover it &bake it 35 mints on low medium flame..
  4. Pumpkin cake is ready..
