Ingredients of Easy Pumpkin Roll

  1. You need of Roulade.
  2. Make ready 1 cup of caster sugar.
  3. Make ready 3 of eggs.
  4. It’s 2/3 cup of canned pumpkin or puree.
  5. It’s 3/4 cup of plain flour.
  6. Take 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  7. It’s 1 pinch of salt.
  8. It’s 2 tsp of cinnamon.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
  10. Take 3 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  11. Make ready of Turning out.
  12. Take 1/2 cup of Icing sugar.
  13. It’s of Filling.
  14. Take 1/2 cup of Icing sugar.
  15. Take 300 grams of Cream cheese.
  16. Make ready 1/3 cup of butter.
  17. It’s 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

Easy Pumpkin Roll instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC.
  2. Gradually add sugar to beaten eggs.
  3. Beat for 5 mins.
  4. Add all the other roulade ingredients except pecans.
  5. Spread evenly onto a greased 15" x 10" lined with baking parchment.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  8. Sift icing sugar onto a clean teatowel.
  9. Turn cake out onto sugared teatowel.
  10. Peel off paper and start at narrow end rolling cake and towel together and cool on wire rack seam side down.
  11. Blend cream cheese and other filling ingredients together.
  12. Carefully unroll cake and spread cream cheese mixture and re roll with out towel.
  13. Chill for at least 2hrs.
