- Have your ingredients ready.
- Put all eggs and add sugar in a bowl and whisk.
- Add the mashed pumpkin into your egg and sugar mixture and whisk.
- Later add your oil and vannilla extract and mix more.
- In a separate bowl put all the dry ingredients and mix them well.
- Add your wet mix into the dry mix and whisk to achieve a nice consistencies.
- Grease and dust your sufuria then pour your cake dough in.
- On your lit jiko place a bigger sufuria to preheat for 10 minutes.
- Place the smaller sufuria in and on the lid put the makaa(charcoal).
- Bake for 50 minutes and remove the sufuria from the jiko and allow it to cool.
- Dont remove the cake from the sufuria until when it's completely cool.
- Put on a plate and enjoy.
