Ingredients of Shanghai Scallion Noodles

  1. It’s of oil.
  2. Make ready of scallions.
  3. Take of dark soy sauce.
  4. Prepare of regular soy sauce.
  5. Make ready of sugar.
  6. It’s of Chinese noodles.
  7. Make ready of ground pork.
  8. Prepare of oil.
  9. Prepare of ginger chopped.
  10. You need of gloves garlic chopped.
  11. Prepare of scallions chopped.

Shanghai Scallion Noodles instructions

  1. Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Slowly fry scallions until golden brown and crispy. Once golden, remove from oil and set aside.
  2. Add soy sauce and sugar to oil. Cook at low heat for 2 min. Remove sauce from pan and set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil to pan and cook garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook through. Remove from pan and set aside..
  4. Cook noodles per the package instructions..
  5. To assemble, add noodles to individual bowls and start with 1 tablespoon of the oil/soy sauce mixture. Add more if desired. Top with the ground pork and fried scallions. Enjoy!.
