- Salad dressing Recipe:-.
- Squeeze lemon juice in a bowl.
- Finely chop red chilli & Ginger.
- Mix it in lemon juice.
- Add 1 green lemon rinds in the mix.
- Add finely chopped lemon grass in it..
- Add honey,salt,pepper in the mix. Set aside..
- Salad Recipe :-.
- Add noddles in the boiling water. Leave for 5 mins..
- Refresh in cold water. Set aside.
- Cut all the vegetables in thin finger slices..
- Cut paneer in to small cubes.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add salad dressing on the top.
- Add noodles & mix well.
- Thai salad is ready.
