Ingredients of Indian noodles

  1. Make ready 100 gm of vermicelli or spaghetti.
  2. Take 2 cups of water.
  3. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder.
  4. Make ready pinch of turmeric powder.
  5. Take 1/4 teaspoon of coriander seed powder.
  6. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of mix spices (ground blackpeppers, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom).
  7. You need 1 of onion chopped.
  8. Take handful of green peas.
  9. It’s 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced finely.
  10. Take 1 tablespoon of oil.
  11. You need to taste of salt.
  12. You need 1 tablespoon of coriander/cilantro.
  13. It’s 1/2 of tomato chopped.
  14. Prepare 1/2 of capsicum (green bell pepper) chopped.

Strain the noodles and keep aside.Boil the green peas, chopped carrots.Fry the onions transluscent, add chopped tomatoes and fry till the water dries out.Add the dry powders, boiled vegetables and stir fry.

Indian noodles instructions

  1. Heat a tablespoon oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for a minute..
  2. Add chopped capsicum, green peas and tomatoes and saute for one more minute..
  3. Add red chili powder, turmeric and coriander seed powder, mixed spices, salt to taste and mix well..
  4. Add 100 gm or a cup of vermicelli and two cup of water. Cover the pan and let it cook for 8-10 minutes..
  5. It's done. Add cilantro and mix well and serve it hot..
