  1. It’s 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
  2. You need 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
  3. Make ready 1 of egg.
  4. You need 1 tsp of garlic powder.
  5. Take 1/2 cup of low carb pizza sauce (I used Rao’s).
  6. Make ready of Low or no carb pizza toppings.

Keto Pizza instructions

  1. For crust mix together 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  2. Place crust mixture on parchment paper on a baking sheet and shape into a flat circle..
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes..
  4. Take crust out of the oven and top with pizza sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and your favorite low or no carb toppings..
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted..
