- First mashed boiled patotes & grated paneer in it..
- Add all ingredients like red chilli powder,black pepper,chaat masala,turmeric & salt..
- Mix well then add chhoped green chilli & corrainder leaves again mix & form a dough..
- Meanwhile heat the pan put oil in it for deep frying..
- Cut small square shape with cheese cubes..
- Take some oil in hands now take small portion of mixture & give shape then insert small square shape cheese..through fingers make oval or round shape and keep aside..
- Now spread breadcrumbs all over the balls or cutlets..
- When oil is heated deep fry all till golden brown..& serve hot..
