Ingredients of Family Classic Meatloaf

  1. You need 1 1/2 lb of extra lean ground beef.
  2. It’s 1 can of 10 3/4 oz condensed tomato soup.
  3. You need 1 packages of 6 oz stove top stuffing for chicken.
  4. Prepare 1 each of egg, lightly beaten.
  5. Prepare 1 each of onion, chopped.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of dried thyme leaves.
  7. Make ready 1/4 cup of chili sauce.

Family Classic Meatloaf instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° f.
  2. Mix meat, 1/2 cup of soup, stuffing mix, egg, onion, and thyme..
  3. Press evenly into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray..
  4. Bake for 55 minutes..
  5. Heat remaining soup and chili sauce in small sauce pan.
  6. Spoon over meatloaf just before serving.
  7. Note: I omit chili sauce and just put soup over meatloaf before baking..
