  2. You need 1 lb of ground turkey.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of diced onion.
  4. Make ready 1 of egg white or 3 tbsp of liquid egg whites.
  5. Make ready 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper.
  6. Prepare 2 of avocados, mashed.
  7. Prepare 2 of roma tomatoes, de-seeded and diced.

  1. Mix ground turkey, onion, pepper and egg whites in a bowl..
  2. Make into four patties..
  3. Cook patties on medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side, I prefer grilling them..
  4. I like melting either swiss or fresh mozzarella cheese over them..
