  1. Prepare 1 of large pack bone in, skin on chicken thighs.
  2. Take 2 of onions, sliced.
  3. Take 1 pack of baby carrots.
  4. Prepare 1 of chicken bouillon cube.
  5. Make ready 1 cup of water.
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup of white wine.
  7. Prepare 15 cloves of garlic, minced.
  8. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of Rosemary leaves.
  9. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Basil leaves.
  10. You need 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.

  1. Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs……
  2. Place thighs in a large baking pan……set pan off to the side…….
  3. In a small pot bring to a boil : chicken bouillon cube, water, white wine, garlic, rosemary, basil and black pepper…….
  4. Place your sliced onions and baby carrots all around chicken thighs…..
  5. Pour chicken bouillon mixture all over thighs, onions and baby carrots……
  6. Cover baking pan and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour…….
  7. Uncover and bake until most of the liquid has evaporated, about 20 more minutes……..
  8. Serve and enjoy 😉!.
