  1. Take 300 grams of minced pork meat.
  2. You need 1 of large egg yolk and white.
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
  4. You need 1/4 of green bell pepper.

  6. You need 1 tbsp of medium curry powder.
  7. You need of salt&pepper.
  8. Prepare tbsp of mustard(optional).
  9. Make ready tsp of fruit chutney(optional).

  1. I aquire the minced pork meat from pork bangers or pork coctail sausage, simply cut open and squeeze the meat out..
  2. Add all the ingredients(except the oil) to a mixing bowl, mix well, form 6-9 meatballs with your hand. Put the meatballs in a covered dish into the fridge for an hour..
  3. Cook the meatballs in a nonstick pan, on the stove, over medium heat, for a half hour turning occasionally..
  4. Serve with spaghetti and spicy tomato sauce and enjoy!.
