  6. Take 1 of *Potato Flakes 1/2 cup.
  7. Prepare of fresh veggies.
  8. Make ready 1 of bell pepper diced.
  9. Prepare 1 of onion, chopped.
  10. It’s 1 of potato diced.
  11. Make ready 1 of yellow zuchini squash diced.
  12. You need of spices.
  13. You need 3 tsp of ground cumin.
  14. Take 3 tbsp of minced garlic from jar in water.
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp of chili powder.
  16. Make ready 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes.
  17. Take 1 tbsp of dried parsley.
  18. You need 2 tbsp of dried chives.
  19. Take 2 tbsp of fresh chopped cilantro.
  20. Take 1/2 tsp of ground oregano.
  21. Prepare 1 tsp of sweet paprika.

  23. Make ready 1 can of diced tomato's.
  24. Prepare 1 can of black beans drained.
  25. Make ready 2 can of 8oz tomato sauce.

  1. In large pot heat oil. Then add all of the fresh veggies garlic cilantro and cumin saute for about 5 minutes then add meat and cook until meat is browned. Do not drain!.
  2. Add water, remaining spices, bullion and canned goods stir well. Bring to hard boil then add tortellini bring back to boil. After 15 minutes reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes or until tortellini reaches your desired texture..
  3. If you desire a thinker consistency of the sauce stir in the 1/2 cup of dried potato flakes at the end. Cook for 5 more minutes.
