  1. Take 1 Cup of cooked rice.
  2. Make ready 5 of zucchini cubed.
  3. Make ready 3 of carrots grated or shredded.
  4. Take 2 of celery chopped.
  5. You need of small onion chopped.
  6. You need 1 can of cream of mushroom.
  7. Make ready 1 can of cream of chicken(or chicken bouillon cube).
  8. Make ready 16 oz of sour cream.
  9. You need to taste of salt, pepper, itailan seasoning, provence herbs, and turmeric.
  10. Take of dry stuffing cubes or bread crumbs.
  11. Prepare 1 stick of melted butter.
  12. Prepare of Shredded asiago cheese(optional).

  1. Cook rice to package directions.
  2. Pre heat oven to 350°.
  3. While rice cooks chop all your veggies and then saute with olive oil.
  4. Combine veggies, rice, condensed soup, sour cream, and seasonings in large casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Top with stuffing or bread crumbs.
  7. Pour melted butter on top.
  8. Cook for 30 minutes until bubbly and the stuffing is browned.
