Mackerel Pasta Bake step by step

  1. Chop spring onions and fry in small knob of butter..
  2. Meanwhile, heat grill and boil pasta as per instructions.
  3. Once spring onions are cooked, add the mackerel (in flakes with skin removed) and creme Fraiche.
  4. Season to taste and add cooked pasta.
  5. Pour pasta mixture into grill proof dish and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Put in grill and remove once brown on top.
