  1. Prepare 3 cloves of garlic.
  2. Make ready 1 cm of ginger.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  4. Make ready 200 g of sliced beef.
  5. It’s 1/2 of yellow onion.
  6. Take 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp of light soy sauce.
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce.
  9. Prepare 1 pinch of white pepper.
  10. It’s 30 ml of water.
  11. Make ready 1 pinch of salt.
  12. It’s 1 pinch of sugar.
  13. You need 1 pinch of white sesame seed.

  1. Chop garlic and ginger in a food processor..
  2. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger for 1 minute or until fragrant..
  3. Add sliced beef, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, white pepper. Mix for 2 minutes. Add water. Mix for 1 minute. Add salt and sugar..
  4. Add yellow onion. Stir for 5 minutes until the onion soften..
  5. Put everything in a bowl. Sprinkle with white sesame seed. Best served with warm rice. Enjoy!.
